Managing Director & Founder
Hayley is a leading dating and relationship expert and has worked in the romance industry for 20 years. As a wedding planner in her 20s, helping high-profile couples plan their big day, she was intrigued by the dynamics and family backgrounds of the couples. This led to her moving into the dating industry 15 years ago and she created Bowes-Lyon Partnership after recognising the gap in the market for a truly personalised service for busy and successful people.
As Managing Director of Bowes-Lyon Partnership, Hayley manages the two offices in London and Surrey and oversees the team. She has a passion for people and she personally works with our portfolio of Premium Members, who have Hayley’s’ undivided attention to steer them towards their perfect partner.
She is proud to have created numerous lasting matches and loves watching how the relationships she helps create, can enhance her members’ lives. Hayley has an enviable Little Black Book of contacts and she considers herself lucky to count many of her members as personal friends. Her favourite thing is to attend her member’s weddings; she often offers to lend her former wedding planning skills……but no-one has taken her up on that yet!
Hayley lives in the Surrey Hills and appreciates that her role gives her the best of both city and country. She lives with her partner, Lee, and they have three young children, and so she thoroughly enjoys living vicariously through her member’s exciting travel stories and adventures!

Sales and Networking Specialist
Charlotte has a strong background in sales and events, with experience across various sectors. Her career took an exciting turn when she began organising high-profile events and exhibitions, working with luxury brands and professionals within the marine industry. She has been involved in both intimate networking events and large-scale global exhibitions, gaining valuable insights into delivering exceptional and personalised services.
Charlotte is passionate about people and loves nothing more than networking, forming new connections, and bringing people together. With a strong focus on customer experience, she strives to make every interaction personal, positive, and memorable.
Outside of work, Charlotte has a deep love for travel, always planning her next adventure or reminiscing about past journeys. She is passionate about food and drink, constantly exploring new cuisines and sharing meals with family and friends. Music is also a key part of her life, and you will often find her at live gigs and festivals, especially in the sunshine!

Consultant Matchmaker
Sarah is the Fairy Godmother of our office! Her matchmaking intuition is unrivalled, and she works alongside all of the matchmakers offering her invaluable advice and guidance.
Sarah founded another matchmaking agency - Carpe Diem - back in 2009. What started as a favour for friends developed into a full-time pursuit, and she quickly became the ‘go-to’ agency for members over 50 yrs of age.
Sarah’s advice on meeting people in middle age is regularly featured in top-tier media outlets. Thanks to her high success rate and discreet approach, nearly all of Carpe Diem’s new clients are gained via personal recommendations, a testament to Sarah’s reputation and expertise in the industry.
Sarah brings the humour to the office on a daily basis, and has the whole team in stitches! Her positivity is infectious and she genuinely cares about getting it right for our members....and she doesn’t stop until she find their perfect match.
Outside of work, Sarah’s passion is rescuing greyhounds. She also loves anything vintage and painted green, and she spends her spare time in fields and nature, and hunting down old french furniture!

Senior Matchmaker
With years of experience as a matchmaker at Bowes-Lyon Partnership, Haley has a natural talent for understanding people on a deeper level. She thrives on getting to know her clients personally, offering thoughtful guidance, and helping them navigate their journey to a meaningful relationship.
Before matchmaking, Haley built an extensive career in the hair and beauty industry, working in high-end salons and behind the scenes at fashion catwalks. Her years of working closely with people have given her a keen intuition, a deep sense of empathy, and a passion for bringing out the best in others—qualities that now make her an exceptional matchmaker. She considers it an honour to be entrusted with such an important part of her clients’ lives.
Originally from Australia, Haley now calls Surrey home. A single mother of two, she has experienced divorce, spent time on her own, and found love again with her long-term partner, who, like her, has two children. With a blended family and a second chance at love, she deeply understands both the challenges and joys of starting anew.
While she loves the sea and sunshine, you’re just as likely to find her in the Surrey Hills, embracing the outdoors with her children and two German Shepherds—mud and all.

Operations & Membership Manager
Natalie’s primary role is to streamline operations and manage membership processes, ensuring the team runs efficiently and effectively. Her exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach are key to providing an outstanding experience for both clients and the team.
Natalie's career began in recruitment, where she discovered a passion for the operational side of business. She transitioned to a property company, quickly advancing within their administration team. As Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, she gained extensive experience in areas such as marketing, HR, and business development, especially during the acquisition and launch of a new business. This diverse experience provided her with valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of running a company.
In addition to her career, Natalie is a qualified Nutrition Coach, balancing her professional commitments with family life.
Feeling drawn to a more fulfilling path, Natalie joined the team, motivated by the company’s mission and values. She thrives in an environment where her work directly contributes to helping people find love—a cause she finds deeply rewarding.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, going for long walks, cooking, and reading. She also loves running, which has a positive impact on her mental clarity.

Matchmaker
Susie joined Bowes-Lyon Partnership in 2022, as a matchmaker, and is enjoys getting to know all the members, seeking out their compatibilities and creating lots of happy-ever-afters.
She is often asked what qualifies someone to become a matchmaker, and whilst Susie has previous experience working at two of London’s leading matchmaking agencies, she would argue that it comes down to having an innate interest in, and empathy for, other people.
It also helps that Susie is endlessly fascinated by relationships; why they work, and why they don’t. She even wrote two interactive novels about finding love, where the reader gets to play matchmaker for the heroine by choosing the right – or wrong – man!
Married – luckily to the right man – Susie has two boys, a dog and a messy house, from which she regularly flees to run around the Surrey Hills. She also plays the piano – or said she could, until she was actually given one and everyone, including her, discovered she couldn’t. Ultimately, though, Susie is at her happiest sitting writing in the sunshine in her garden relishing that rare luxury in a house full of boisterous boys: peace and quiet.

Junior Matchmaker
Libby has over 3 years’ experience working in face to face customer service roles, which has allowed her to develop a lot of relevant skills for matchmaking. She is excellent at communication and organisation, meaning she is always quick to respond to an email!
Libby was drawn to this position as she has a lot of compassion coupled with a love for helping people, which she wanted to put into something that she is passionate about – as well as wanting a new challenge as she is always striving to push herself.
She is very excited to embark on a new career path and delve into the wonderful world of matchmaking with the mentorship of the Bowes-Lyon team.
A love for travel and animals sent Libby to Bali, volunteering for an animal and environmental conservation sanctuary. This gave Libby the opportunity to experience new cultures, where she developed a longing to travel the world!
Libby lives in Surrey and she loves to go out on walks in the sunshine exploring all the beauty that the lovely county has to offer. You can often find Libby cooking lots of amazing recipes or simply out at the pub with her friends!

Matchmaker
Chloe brings a wealth of experience in building strong relationships with clients, having spent many years in industries where creating personal connections was essential. Her previous roles involved working with couples and suppliers in the event industry, where she enjoyed ensuring everything ran smoothly on special days. Chloe’s natural ability to connect with people and manage situations with ease made her a trusted figure in her previous work.
She has a genuine passion for helping others find love and believes that there is someone for everyone. With a love for connecting with people, Chloe is dedicated to matching individuals who share common values and goals, creating meaningful connections that last.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether it’s over a glass of Rosé or Aperol, or enjoying quality time with her long-term partner in Surrey. She is an auntie to two adorable babies, and when she’s not travelling or soaking up the sun, you’ll find her cheering on West Ham, watching F1, enjoying comfort shows, reading, and cooking.

Matchmaker
Katie is an experienced matchmaker with a natural talent for understanding people and guiding them toward meaningful connections. With a background in delivering high-end client services, she has honed the ability to listen deeply, connect with a wide range of personalities, and offer both professional insight and warm, positive energy.
Before matchmaking, Katie was an assistant manager at a prestigious Surrey-based private members’ Spa and Wellness Club. While she enjoyed working in a luxury service environment, she was ready for a new challenge—one that allowed her to make a lasting impact on people’s lives. Helping others navigate the highs and lows of dating has proven to be exactly that. She firmly believes that there is someone out there for everyone—it’s just a matter of finding the right match.
Outside of work, you’ll find Katie on the golf course attempting to find the pin, exploring the countryside, drawing portraits, or enjoying a glass of wine with close friends and family.
