The London based company Bowes-Lyon Partnership was founded by sisters Hayley and Natalie Bystram in 2009. These entrepreneurial siblings, with a shared passion to bring a new approach to the dating industry, easily turned their close bond into a successful business relationship. Both have an expertise in understanding and interpreting the needs of others and their hands-on approach - they manage all their clients personally - has led to the success of this innovative dating service.

Establishing a boutique-style business was important to both founders. Within these parameters they could be more creative in their thinking and more responsive to their clients, with room to meet, and go beyond, their member’s needs and expectations.
